Calling all homeowners! If you would like to volunteer to be on one of our committees please fill out and return the form below to the office. If you are a current committee member and want to change your status please let us know. Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteers from the past year!

PEST CONTROL

If you are experiencing a pest control issue please call Pest Armor at 941-552-9279 to schedule service. You can schedule treatment for all issues covered by our maintenance agreement.

PAINT DISPOSAL

As a reminder, do not dispose of paint in the Las Palmas bulk waste area or compactor. Paint should be disposed of properly at the Sarasota County Hazardous Waste Disposal Site located at 8750 Bee Ridge Rd. Sarasota Florida 34241.
